Before initiating a domain transfer you need to have a finished transfer order<\/strong>, an authorization code<\/strong> and the domain must be unlocked<\/strong> as active.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Order for a Domain Transfer Service<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before starting a domain transfer, you need to make an order<\/strong> for the domain transfer service<\/a> on SuperHosting.BG\u2019s website. After the payment is confirmed, the domain transfer might be initiated through your customer profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Authorization Code and Turning off Domain Transfer Ban<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before initiating a transfer, you must have an Authorization EPP key<\/strong> for the respective domain. You also need to turn off the domain transfer ban<\/strong> if there is such one. The domain may not be transferred if these conditions are not met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may see the authorization code in the control panel for domain management at the current registrar. If the code is not visible in the current domain management account, you should ask your registrar to provide it to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To initiate the transfer you must log into your customer profile<\/a> and choose the Start transfer<\/strong> option under the Domain Transfer<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this field you should enter the authorization code you obtained from your current registrar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case the code is incorrect, please contact your current registrar and request a new authorization code. Afterwards you will be able to initiate the transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registrant Data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the code has been successfully entered, you must fill in registrant data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You might change the data or keep the data you already entered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carefully check the email address you specified since you will be getting an important email after the transfer is finished.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important<\/strong>: After a successful domain transfer, you will receive a verification email on the email address you have specified in the Registrant Data field and within 15 days you need to verify the email address by clicking on the link the email contains. If the email address is not confirmed within 15 days, the domain will be suspended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Setting up DNS Records after the Transfer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the domain is associated with a hosting account, you should choose what will happen with the domain DNS settings after transferring it to SuperHosting.BG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
