Standard time for an order’s services activation is within 15 minutes after payment is confirmed.
The time required for payment confirmation varies with the various payment methods offered by SuperHosting.BG.
The differing periods of the various payment methods are listed below:
- Wire transfer – within 24 hours after transfer, if the sum is transferred from another bank, or within 2-3 hours, if the sum is transferred from a bank where we also have accounts;
- ePay – within 15 minutes after payment is made;
- bPay – within 15 minutes after payment is made;
- EasyPay – within 15 minutes after payment is made;
- Credit card (Borica) – within 30 minutes after payment is made;
- Credit card (2CheckOut) – within 24 hours after payment is made;
- In cash at our office – within 15 minutes after payment is made;
- Transcard – within 15 minutes after payment is made;
- Postal order – within five workdays after we receive the order.
