Order via our website
You will choose your most suitable hosting plan as offered by SuperHosting.BG for meeting your needs to the highest extent. In case you are not able to decide or you are not sure about hosting plan parameters, please contact us by telephone or email. We will be happy to help you choose the most suitable hosting solution for you.
In case the parameters of your hosting plan turn out to be insufficient for the best performance of your applications, you may upgrade to a hosting plan that offers more resources at any time.
Choose a hosting plan
Having chosen the hosting plan that most fits your needs, please click on the ‘Order’ button of the plan chosen.
Choose and register a domain
After you have selected a hosting plan and a period, you will have to enter a domain name.
If you still do not have a domain registered, you will need to decide what domain name you would like to register. This may be your company name, your personal name, the name of the brand under which you offer products, services, etc. After specifying the name you want, please click on the ‘Check‘ button to see if your chosen name is available.
If the name is available, it will automatically be added to the order. Additional domains for registration may be added to the order by clicking on the ‘Add‘ button next to the domain.
If your chosen domain name has already been registered, you will have to repeat the search with another name.
If you have already a registered domain, please select the ‘I already have a registered domain’ box. In the additional menu, please select whether you would like the domain to be transferred to SuperHosting.BG or stay where it has been registered. Domain transfer is not bound to website transfer.
If you choose to transfer your domain to us, please select the ‘I would like my domain to be transferred to SuperHosting.BG’ box. Please enter the domain name in the field below. Domain transfer represents an administrative domain transfer from one domain registrar to another, thus it is not related with the loading of the website.
The price for the existing domain transfer is equal to the price for renewal of a domain with the same name for 12 months. If a domain is transferred, the registration period extends for 12 months*. The domain maintains its complete functionality during its transfer.
If you do not want the domain to be transferred, please specify that you want the domain to remain where it has been registered by selecting ‘I will use hosting without domain transfer’.
*Note: Depending on the domain name, there may be additional domain transfer-related requirements.
After you have selected domain and hosting period, please click on the ‘Continue‘ button.
The page with the additional services provided by SuperHosting.BG will be loaded:
• free t-shirt with the SuperHosting.BG logo;
• popular search engine and directories submission;
• free Google Ads coupon code;
• SSL Certificate
Please click on the ‘Add‘ button for each service that you would like to add to the order. Then click on the ‘Continue‘ button.
The longer the registration period you choose, the better search results will be achieved by your website.
Enter customer details
You have to enter your details – name, e-mail, telephone, etc. on this page. If you would like to have an invoice for the payment, please select the ‘Yes, I would like to have an invoice’ box. An additional window, where you will be able to enter invoice data, will appear. All fields marked with red dots are required.
Review order and enter promo code
When you reach this step, you will be able to see any services that have been added to the order, as well as the amount due. If you have a PROMO code, you may enter it into the ‘PROMO code’ field. After the code is entered, the amount of the order will be recalculated based on the discount percentage provided by promo code.
When you reach this step, you will also be able to change the period of service usage (e.g., to register the domain for two years instead of one).
You may also choose the payment method for the order.
The options are as follows:
– at one of SuperHosting.BG offices (in cash);
– credit card;
– Bank transfer;
– postal order.
Having selected the payment method, you will need to accept our ‘Terms of service‘ by selecting the ‘I have read and agree to the Terms of Service’ box. Please click on the ‘Submit Your Order’ button. This is the end of your online order procedure.
You will receive an email with order details and credentials for your customer profile at the email address specified in the order. Depending on the payment method chosen, you may also receive a proforma invoice for the payment. Please check the email address you have entered into the order to ensure that the order information is filled out correctly. Order details may also be checked through your customer profile.
The services that have been chosen in the order will be activated within 15 minutes after a payment confirmation is received, and you will receive detailed information related to service usage by email.
