Account (hosting terminology)

The term is derived from the English language (i.e., account, report). Even though it is more frequently used in the sphere of banking operations, the word “account” is also used in our terminology.

When users order any of the subscription plans, an account is opened for them. A user account represents an individual hosting server directory which is accessed by authorized users only. Users log into their accounts by means of their usernames and passwords, and there they manage (e.g., mailboxes, subdomains, site renewal) and monitor provided resources (disk space occupied, bandwidth usage, number of site visits, etc.).
