Service renewal at SuperHosting.BG can be done quickly and easily in two ways.
Quick renewal order (via email notification)
As the expiration date of a service nears, we will send you several email notifications and reminders for renewal. The first notification is 30 days before the expiration date, followed by email notifications 15 days and 5 days before the final renewal date.
For payment by bank transfer, you can download the proforma invoice from the link provided in the email notification.
The email notification contains a Renew button by clicking it the page for the renewal of the service will open in browser.
The renewal page will show all services that expire in the next 60 days.
For renewal, you do not need to log in to your client profile. Select the services and the renewal period and continue with the order.
Important: Set up an up-to-date email address in your contact details – in your client profile so you can receive timely email service notifications.
Important: If no renewal payment is made until the expiration date, some services will not be able to be renewed or additional charges will be due.
Default renewal order (through client account)
The other way to renew services is via your client profile at superhosting.bg – Service Renewal menu.
You will see the services you use from SuperHosting.BG as well as the activity period of each of them. By default, only services that expire in the next 60 days are displayed. To see all services, select from the All services drop-down menu, then the filter for the next 60 days will be removed and you will see the full list of services.
You can choose which services to renew, as well as for what period.
Important: If no renewal payment is made until the expiration date, some services will not be able to be renewed or additional charges will be due.
The prices in the site of SuperHosting.BG are final with VAT included and no additional taxes and fees are charged.
